RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re glad to take them back.  And don’t worry! It won’t hurt our feelings. To return or exchange an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. A return shipping label will be created for you.  You have to send back the item(s) postmarked within  7 calendar days after receive the shipping label. Please note that you’re responsible for return shipping cost unless it was faulty or damaged goods. A full refund (minus the return shipping cost) will be issued to your original method of payment once we receive the product(s) in an acceptable condition.

 

Purchases must be returned in their original package and condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. Please note that items soiled with make up, dirt, food, tanning products etc will not be accepted.

 

We do not offer refund on sale items. Store credit only. 

 

If receive false or damaged goods, you’re required to take a photo and send us an email at Support@Sashion.ca within 48 hours of receipt. After your case has been proved, you will be entitled a full refund and both-way shipping costs. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email. Pass this 48-hour window, your request will NOT be accepted. So we highly recommend you thoroughly check your items upon receiving.

Exchanges is only available as options for customers in Canada and the US. It can be made as a request only and is subject to availability. If you’d like to make an exchange, please send us an email at Support@Sashion.ca. We’ll be happy to send out the new item upon receiving the original. If your requested garment is not available then a refund will be offered and you will be notified via email. We highly suggest that you place a new order for the item you want to exchange before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.

 

NOTES: Small accessories (such as wallets, hats) can NOT be refunded or exchanged unless the item(s) received are damaged or not as ordered.
